Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. To keep our boutique service sustainable, we apply the following cancellation terms:

Free Cancellation

Up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

Short Notice

24–48 hours: A 50% cancellation fee applies to cover vehicle preparation and driver scheduling.

Last Minute

<24 hours or No-Show: 100% of the booking fee is non-refundable.

Weather/Force Majeure

If we must cancel your tour due to unsafe weather (e.g., Arthur's Pass road closures), we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled date.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
